Blessed Thanksgiving - All Glory Be To God

Happy Thanksgiving!

We are enjoying our time here in Georgia with Malachi's dad and his wife. It is just absolutely beautiful here! Malachi and I are sold on moving here! His dad has talked him into really being serious about applying for a government job so that he can work here closer to his dad. I am all for Malachi being closer to his father. I think it is well deserved and overdue for Malachi and his dad.
Malachi and I have had the "itch" to move for awhile now, mainly because we really aren't used to being in one spot for that long, thanks to military life. So we will see what the Lord does!

Sofia and Charlotte are doing so well here! Malachi's dad's wife turned an entire room into a "Sofia and Charlotte" room! Steve's wife, Mutsuko (she is Japanese) painted the room in pretty colors and bought a butterfly tent and some other toys for the girls. So every time we come to visit they will have their OWN room! So sweet! My daughters are so blessed!

We are planning on going to the Aquarium tomorrow. We got to see one of Malachi's uncles the other day and we will see the other one tomorrow! It is a wonderful family reunion time for Malachi!

Malachi is the spitting image of his father and they have the very same mannerisms. It is wonderful to see him reconnecting with his father after all these years.
So our thanksgiving is a special thanksgiving! We are so thankful to the Lord for providing for this trip. It's like He has been preparing this reunion since before time! Everything has just worked out so perfectly! The girls are behaving and sleeping really well. Charlotte was nursing every 2 hours when we got here, but for some reason she is a much calmer baby here and is nursing like every 4 hours at night. Sofia loves playing with her "new" Papa and Obachan (grandmother in Japanese).

We will be returning home Saturday morning, but we are already planning a trip back here possibly for Sofia's 3rd birthday. We are tossing the idea of driving down to Disney World for her birthday. Or waiting until my birthday (4 July) and taking the girls then. Either way we plan to come back as soon as we can. Sofia absolutely loves it here! (and so do Malachi and I!)
